History of the nco 1700: valley forge

Read the case study handout titled, “History of the NCO 1700: Valley Forge.” Pick two issues from the list below to discuss in the case study analysis. Write a 500 word analysis using only Paragraph 4 (Proposed Solutions) and Paragraph 5 (Rrecommendations) on implementation of the case study format outline.  YOU DO NOT NEED TO DO PARAGRAPHS 1 – 3. Include a minimum of ONE APA formatted reference and one in-text citation with quote to support your post (use reference(s) outside the Research and Case Studies Lesson). Be sure to cover both issues in each paragraph. 

1.     The lack of standardized drills and maneuvers
2.     The poor supply acquisition process
3.     The lack of policies/procedures that were in place
4.     The poor camp layout and sanitation plan
5.     Sickness and disease
6.     Low morale and desertion

Paragraph 4: Proposed Solutions (Proposed Course of Action (Solution) (one or two, may have sub components)

Paragraph 5: Recommendations (Determine and discuss specific strategies for accomplishing the proposed solution. If applicable, recommend further action to resolve some of the issues. What should be done and who should do it?)
